Voluntary APE pension: signature of the Decree
On
September 4th, 2017, the President of the Council of Minister has
signed the Decree on voluntary APE pension, which will allow, for the
period between May 1st, 2017, and December 31st. 2018, employees close
to obtaining requisites for old-age pension to request a loan upon
accrued pension.
This measure is destined to subjects:
- at least 63 years old and close to obtaining the right to old-age pension (within no more than 3 years and 7 months);
- with at least 20 years of paid pension contribution;
- whose initial pension is equal or higher than 1.4 times the minimum treatment provided by the national mandatory pension insurance;
- who are not already recipients of a direct pension treatment.

Solidarity fund for the air transport sector – INPS instructions
INPS,
with message no. 3560 of September 15th, 2017, provides instructions
for the payment of solidarity treatment in addition to CIGS salary
integration, pursuant to Ministerial Decree no. 95269/2016, to be paid
by the Solidarity Fund for the Aerial Transport and Airport System.
Since such payment is in addition to CIGS, acceptance of the request requires proof of existence of the related CIGS salary integration treatment.
Once the payment has been granted, the company may submit requests for the authorized periods.

Unemployment in the building sector: request possible for employees dismissed within

INPS
has provided clarifications upon the special unemployment treatment for
the construction sector, abolished from January 1st, 2017. INPS
clarifies that said treatment may still be requested by employees
dismissed in the 1st semester of 2017 (within June 30th, 2017), as long
as the status of grave company crisis, root cause of the termination of
employment, came into being within December 31st, 2016.
Subjects entitled to proceed to periodic checks of worktools
The
Ministry of Labor, with Interdirectorial Decree no. 78 of September
20th, 2017, updated the list of subjects enabled to periodically check
worktools. The list attached to the decree substitutes the previous
list of September 2016.
