The
National Labor Inspection authority (INL) clarified that, in 2018,
internships will be subject to close scrutiny by inspection and
vigilance authorities, in coordination with competent regional offices.
The INL also provided guidelines that inspectors will have to abide by,
in order to ponder the authenticity of scrutinized internships.

A
recent ruling of Corte Costituzionale determined that the current
liability regimen in case of tender contract must find application also
in case of signature of a subcontracting agreement. The National Labor
Inspection authority (INL) provided clarifications on this subject,
including secondment agreements within mutual liability obligations.

for metalworkers has been reached on March 26 2018. These guidelines
are to be considered the basis for further agreements or regulations to
be adopted locally by companies for the practical application and
effective introduction of said accounts..

data published on its website the guide to EU Regulation no. 679/2016
(GDPR) on the protection of personal data. The guide examines the most
significant changes introduced by the GDPR and offers recommendations
and suggestions, as well as possible approaches to the issues
contemplated by the GDPR.
