Work-life balance measures: instructions for admission to the social contribution benefit

INPS
provided operational instructions for the social contribution relief
granted to employers who signed a local collective bargaining agreement
inclusive of work-life balance measures. The request of admission to
the benefit will have to be submitted by 15 September 2018.
Geolocation of company vehicles: innovative measures for the treatment of personal data

The
guarantor authority for privacy concerns has acknowledged the
unlawfulness of the treatment of personal data gathered via a
geolocation system applied on company cars granted to employees and
requested an update of the system, offering an interpretation of local
regulations in accordance with the GDPR.
Privacy: obligation to keep a register of data treatment activities

Although
the GDPR endeavors to consider the specific situation of micro, small
and medium-sized companies, the exception on the obligation to keep a
register of treatment activities is only “apparent” and, in
fact, almost unavoidable also for companies and organizations with less
than 250 employees.
OiRA – application for risk evaluation in micro, small and medium-sized companies

The
application that will allow micro, small and medium-sized companies to
perform (and update) the evaluation of risks against health and safety
on the workplace, for white-collar activities, is available since 25
July 2018.
