ArlatiGhislandi hosts at Palazzo Chiesa the 'Transparency Decree. Communication and information in the employment relationship" Masterclass.
The Masterclass, divided into two sessions, is intended to provide a detailed analysis of regulations introduced by the Transparency Decree, focusing in particular on the draft of individual employment contracts and information obligations that employers and contractors are required to fulfil during the employment relationship.
Participants will be able to develop the technical and legal skills necessary to implement requirements set by the Transparency Decree and adapt their contract forms to ensure the proper management of the employment relationship.
Targets
- Analyse new elements introduced by Legislative Decree
no. 104 of 27 June 2022
- Examine the effects that, also on a procedural level,
Legislative Decree no. 104 of 27 June 2022 reflects on the organisation of work
and the management of the employment relationship
- Investigate the possible effects stemming from the
exercise of the new rights granted to workers, also in the light of the most
recent and significant orientations of jurisprudence
- Define appropriate tools and possible solutions
suitable for the implementation of the new rules
to implement an internal
communication process consistent with conditions of transparency imposed by EU
regulations.

Upon conclusion of the Masterclass, the following material will be made available:
- slides used during the workshop
- the repertoire of examined documents (law, administrative documents and case law)
- the recording of the event will be available one week after the conclusion of the entire training initiative
