Publishing sector – CIGS contribution obligation for employees hired with a professional apprenticeship contract Circular message 21 June 2018, no. 38 Industrial companies in the publishing sector are required, starting from the payroll period of January 2018, to pay social contribution for the funding of special salary integration for every employee hired with a professional apprenticeship contract. Re-employment agreement and fruition of the re-employment check in advance Circular message 20 June 2018, no. 37 With a joint circular message written together with the Ministry of Labor, ANPAL offered clarifications upon the re-employment check, that will allow employees involved in CIGS salary integration due to company reorganization or crisis to request the payment in advance of the re-employment check. Said amount may be spent by employees with employment centers or other authorized services. Surveillance upon certified employment and tender contracts Circular message 8 June 2018, no. 35 INL provided clarifications upon inspection activities taken upon certified contracts, or contracts pending certification. The Authority also specified some elements upon the appeal of certified contracts with the labor judge or with the TAR administrative court.
