Guarantor authority on privacy issues has published a (non-exhaustive)
list of types of treatment implying the obligation to evaluate impact
due to the high risk for the rights and freedom of involved subjects.

Tax payment demands: third scrapping set to begin

the publication of DA-2018 form on the Agenzia delle Entrate website,
vastly in advance on legally set deadlines, the scrapping of tax
payment notices introduced by the 2019 Tax Decree, effective since 24
October 2018, has begun.
The scrapping may concern debts assigned to tax collectors between 2000 and 2017.
“Increasing
protection” for terminated employees: criteria for the definition
of compensation deemed unconstitutional

ruling of Corte Costituzionale stating the unlawfulness of the
mechanism determining compensation for unlawful termination of
employment has been registered.
Application of “increasing protection” in case of transformation or conversion of a fixed-term contract

judgement of the Court of Rome determines that the “increasing
protection” mechanism cannot be applied in case of unlawful
termination of an employee, hired prior to 7 March 2015 with a
fixed-term contract, whose employment relationship was turned into
permanent after said date.
Solidarity contract – extension of CIGS social integration programs

Since
24 October 2018, the option – within the limit of resources
allocated for 2018 and 2019 - to extend CIGS salary integration due to
company restructuring or crisis has been extended to all companies
regardless of their size.
