Arlati Ghislandi strengthens its HR Audit & Due Diligence unit and announces the addition, as counsel, of Rosanna Di Lernia, specialized in HR management consultancy, with specific focus on change management, reorganization and staff development.
Rosanna Di Lernia worked in key functions, up to those of HR Director, within HR at ABN AMRO NV, Banca Antonveneta and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc., also managing HR compliance and specifically honing her skills in audit, assessment and due diligence skills which she’ll then use at ABTG, Manpower, Ranstad where she’ll continue her collaboration.
Her 20-year experience as both a consultant and HR manager make Rosanna Di Lernia the ideal partner for the HR consultancy that Arlati Ghislandi performs at client companies.
Arlati Ghislandi will also be able to use Rosanna Di Lernia’s skills in its own HR management project and will grant her the role of HR partner to manage hiring and internal organization projects, assisting Antonella Jannelli in Talent management & development.
The new appointments are part of the consolidation and expansion project of Arlati Ghislandi in HR consulting and outsourcing services, according to best international practices.
