The objectives for the one-day seminar are:
- To offer HR managers a management-based approach to issues of planning and management control
- To highlight the importance of HR management as a driver for the creation of business value
- To review the logics and main budgeting and reporting methods with particular reference to personnel costs
- To reduce distances and improve communication with the corporate management control function
