Massimiliano Arlati and Francesco Rotondi, with the collaboration of Luca Mariani, have published the “Reform of Social Shock Absorbers” operating guide at IPSOA. The guide addresses themes relating to management tools for surplus staff – temporary and/or structural – investigating the legal and operational aspects.
The book, supplemented by a relevant Appendix of regulations, mainly refers to Leg. Decree no. 148 of 14 September 2015 issued by the Government in implementation of article 1, paragraph 1, of delegated law no. 182 of 10 December 2014, CIGO, CIGS, Unemployment, NASpI, Asdi, DISS-COLL, Contract of relocation and mobility.
