Arlati Ghislandi is assisting the board of Pernigotti for the transfer of the “ice cream food products” branch.
The operation, followed by Massimiliano Arlati (pictured on the left) and Rosamaria Bevante (right), is part of the wider restructuring project for the for the Italian brand and will allow its complete focus on chocholate.
The Arlati Ghislandi team, which already managed a preliminary audit, will support HR in the management of union relations and organizational solutions that will follow the transfer of assets.
