Arlati Ghislandi with Pernigotti for the management of workers

Back to the news

Studio Arlati Ghislandi assisted Pernigotti S.p.A. in the management of the long and complicated union negotiation towards the termination of its activities at the Novi Ligure plant.

An agreement for the application of CIGS special salary integration for termination of company operations, recently reinstated in the social safety net system, was signed on February 5th for the assistance of involved workers. During the period necessary for the reindustrialization of the plant and other sites in the territory active labor policies, coordinated by Regione Piemonte, will be involved.

An extremely difficult negotiation, marked by ardent debates and improper interventions, often beyond procedures set by current regulations.

A succession of critical situations started in November required the constant effort of Studio Arlati Ghislandi and its team, coordinated by Massimiliano Arlati and Rosamaria Bevante.

The “Pernigotti Issue” specifically confirmed the deep change of industrial relations and the growing function of local, regional and national public administration in the management of occupational and industrial policies.

The agreement signed on Tuesday sets an end for the first phase of a project that is still to produce effects: during the next 12 months, Studio Arlati Ghislandi will still be active in institutional negotiations for activities aimed at the re-employment of workers.Studio Arlati Ghislandi assisted Pernigotti S.p.A. in the management of the long and complicated union negotiation towards the termination of its activities at the Novi Ligure plant.
