With a team led by Massimiliano Arlati (pictured here) and Rosamaria Bevante, Studio Arlati Ghislandi is assisting Pernigotti, a company active in the production and distribution of confectionery in the project of redefinition of its business activities.
During the last few days, the company announced the termination of production at the Novi Ligure plant and the request to admission to the Cassa Integrazione Guadagni Straordinaria salary integration procedure for 100 employees, specifying that production will be delocalized in Italy in respect to the historical relevancy of the Pernigotti brand and with the intended purpose of trying to find new employment for redundant workers with other companies in the same sector.
The company, towards this goal, is already discussing with some important players in the confectionery sector, in order to properly finalize the outplacement process.
Studio Arlati Ghislandi is following the company in its dialogue with trade unions, with the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry for Economic Development, building a safety net for involved workers via the new salary integration solutions.
