To have a better understanding on the expectations of millennials and generation Z, ArlatiGhislandi proposed a survey on the Tutored platform, a social network for university students and young graduates.
In a sample of voters, mainly from major universities in Lombardy and from legal and economic faculties, 62% aspire to a subordinate employment relationship and only 38% wish to start as a self-employed professional.
