In the normal management of an employment relationship, the employer finds it easier and easier to engage in situations that may involve criminal offences.
The Conference “La responsabilità penale nella gestione del rapporto di lavoro” (Criminal Liability in the Management of the Employment Relationship) organised by Studio Arlati Ghislandi in collaboration with the Scòpesi Legal Firm, aims at highlighting the consequences of negligent or simply imprudent conduct of the employer by analysing some cases that more than others can be managed with the required level of awareness and knowledge.
Three themes will be discussed with the perspective of the Labour Consultant, the opinion of a criminal lawyer and the experience of participants.
