Studio Arlati Ghislandi is, from 2019, the full HR outsourcer of Giva, leader in steel forging and production. The Group includes 15 companies, 1200 employees and 15 production sites, and operates under 5 NCBAs and 3 local collective agreements.
Arlati Ghislandi assists Giva on an ongoing basis on all issues related to employment law, labor law, privacy, personnel administration, health & safety at work, payroll and time & attendance, according to the most advanced technology driven process criteria.
The consultancy project is managed by Massimiliano Arlati, with the involvement of Cinzia Cagnan as a project manager for system management and Marvin Shahini on process management.
Arlati Ghislandi, together with Luca Mariani and Lablaw, assisted Ofar, part of the Giva group and leader in the forging of metal products for the energy and heavy industry sectors, for the new local bargaining agreement.
It is an important result, harmonizing 20 years of collective bargaining and manageable only via a complex HR electronic system allowing full transparency of performance and a fast processing of payroll elements, interfaced with the Giva Group production system.
The collaboration has just begun, but looks set to become a forge of new solutions and exciting challenges.
