Arlati Ghislandi met important companies of several business sectors such as financial, corporate, pharmaceuticals and publishing for the workshop organized by Business International: “Quota cento, APE social pension and early retirement option for women”.
During the workshop, we examined the essential content of pension regulations set by Law Decree no. 4/2019. The need to harmonize and combine the usage of several “tools” (of which“Quota cento”, APE social pension and early retirement option for women are the most relevant and effective) for redundancy plans which, also from a financial perspective, appear to be the best organizational solution for the company. The analysis of flexibility in the redundancy of pensionable employees and procedural considerations allowed in-depth studies and considerations, also supported by prior professional experience.
